It’s that time of the year – March Madness!
Now I’m not a basketball fan (AT ALL) and I don’t watch the tournament, but there are some lessons we can pull out when it comes to the energy this collegiate program invokes.
In this clip from the Inner Circle training this month, I teach one concept to evaluate whether your “madness” is accelerating your success or keeping you in a space of insanity – doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

Doreen you hit it with bad habits and balancing both. Insanity doing the same thing ( bad habits) over and over expecting something different. My eating habits haven’t changed but I want to lose weight.
