Letting go of those things that bring you joy is what resonated with me. I’ve lost steam overtime because I was dealing with unemployment AFTER i earned my masters degree. I love acting and play productions. Now that the company has hired me permanently, I will look into auditioning again. Not about the money for me; it’s the feeling of excitement, joy and freedom that i experience! Your Mom IS amazing. Thank you for sharing your Mom’s story and may she continue to LIVE in your heart and soul.

Beautiful Doreen
This was simply beautiful. This made me check in with myself. Your mother seemed to be well rounded. It’s hard to pull it off but it looks like she got it right. I enjoyed all of the lessons. I feel that the greatest of these is support. A good support system can carry you a long way. I feel that this has been my biggest setback in starting and getting my business off the ground. Thanks to you and to Mrs.Alice for putting it all together to make it Simply Beautiful!!

Doreen, my condolences go out to you and your family. May God continue to bless you and your family. I loved all of the lessons from your mom.
The podcast touched my heart in a very special way. The first lesson focused on exposure. If you do not expose yourself;how can you expose the gift or dream inside of you. Lesson 5 support makes a difference. These lesson made me realize some people won’t support so will. When your mother supports you that is a cherished moment that stay close to your heart . That lesson by Mrs.Alice Smith is the support I want my children to say about me. Thank you for sharing Mrs.Rainey.
Please accept my condolences for your loss. Your mum was definitely an angel.
Thank you so much for pouring your heart out in this podcast. Every part of it spoke to me. And I immediately went over to fill out the form for one of the 76 spots come September 2018. I pray I’m blessed enough to get one of them. I definitely look forward to some radical success training.
Thank you, Doreen. I share and understand your loss and determination to continue moving forward in your journey. I am inspired to spend more time returning to those things that have always brought joy to my life as taught to me by my aunt who inspired 100s of lives 1,000s of lives in Baltimore City. She exposed me to the arts to where I received a voice scholarship at the Peabody Conservatory, travel, horseback riding, theater, sewing, . When I opened my boutique, she immediately purchased an industrial sewing machine for alterations. She was always 200% in my corner. I would be truly honored to become one of Alice’s Angels. I was taught that all things are possible, if you believe and put for the effort! Than you, thank you, thank you for reminding me!
What a blessing this message is I thank you for the words of encouragement at this time in your life. I pray God will give you peace at this time.
Thank you so much for sharing these very intimate lessons from your beautiful mother. This message really touched my heart. I have tried to follow several of these lessons, but I realize I must do better and be more intentional. I have hobbies(they keep me sane and grounded), I try expose myself to new experiences, places and people. I am a life long learner. I haven’t traveled as much as I like, but I thoroughly enjoy every opportunity to do so. I even enjoy local events, festivals, etc. I truly bilieve in Charma. Whatever you put out into the universe will certainly return to you, whether good or bad! I support my children when they’re involved in activities and their passions. I didn’t receive a lot of support during my younger years, so I understand the struggle. I try to be their not only gor family and friends, but strangers. I believe God blessed me to be a blessing and he’s given me gifts and talents to do so. I must pay it forward and help others. Thanks again for sharingthis message. I could hear the love, appreciation and honor in your voice. May God bless, strengthen and keep you all and grant you peace.

Peace be with you Doreen…my condolences to you and your family. You’re in my prayers….Be Blessed!
First my sincere condolences go out to you and your family. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that I opened this email and listened to the podcast. My birthday was Tuesday, July 24th and I lost my Mom 31 years ago at the age of 43 and 5 years later my Dad passed at 49. I actually was thanking God for allowing my parents to birth me into this earth 54 years ago. I was reminiscing on the wonderful up bringing I experienced and just praising God for them. I’m so joyful that you had an opportunity to share so many wonderful years with your Mom. It hurts me to see and hear folks that for whatever reason doesn’t have a relationship with their Mom. Life is precious and can be short, so yes we must engage in all that God has for us. May the Lord continue to bless and strengthen you and your family.
Thank you for sharing. How beautiful your relationship with your mom was.
Doreen,
I truly enjoyed your tribute to your mom. The pictures remind me of me and my mom. She looks as lovely as the wonderful things you said about her in the podcast. I am so sorry for your loss but I truly believe, when our loved ones leave this earth, they are watching over us from above. They are our angels.

I can relate to what you are sharing because when I lost my mom and best friend it was a devastating time because she was my number 1 supporter. Keep staying strong in God and for her as well as your father and I will continue to keep you in prayer.

Your Mom were an awesome lady and mother. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I know how it feels to lose a mother because I lost my mom 5 years ago and it still hurts.
My deepest sympathy to you and your family, Doreen.
Your mother was an amazing woman and you’re blessed to have the kind of love and support she gave to you and your sister.
As a parent, the tip that resonated the most was #1-exposure. My daughters used to be involved in gymnastics (and are naturals), piano, and swimming. They would have continued and had more exposures, but due to my career setback, their activities have been on hold. I too believe exposure is crucial to everyone’s growth and development, so I look forward to the day when they resume to their activities.
God bless you and your family.
Wow!I just heard this podcast (7/31/18), and I am so sorry for your loss. I am in tears, but they are tears of pride for you and your Mom! She sounds like she was the Bomb! I have an amazing Mom too, and I know this because she taught me some of the things yours has taught you. Thank you for sharing these lessons and for being such an inspiring coach for Radical Success.
One of life goals is to travel to Africa and more.
Thanks so much for inviting me. Just getting to one of the points. I am stuck, constantly putting things aside and not getting back. Will come next time. Again, my condolences to you and your family , may God bless you all.
