It’s been a month since the Get RADICAL Women’s Conference and I’m still receiving enthusiastic feedback from attendees about the huge shift they experienced in their lives from the rich content, amazing networking and the positive energy that surrounded us during those three days.
Many women came up to me and shared the unexpected breakdowns they were experiencing as they came face to face with their fears, challenges and identifying what has been holding them back. These same women then went on to share the breakthroughs that followed – now having a better understanding of how to move past those barriers and go forward with confidence to accomplish their goals.
As I continue to work with people through the RADICAL Success Institute, I’ve come to realize that “Get RADICAL” is not just an event, a program or a course — it’s a MOVEMENT!
When I launched the Get RADICAL Women’s Conference 4 years ago, I didn’t use the title because it was a great catchphrase. I selected it because it represented the process I had been using for years as the foundation for coaching my clients.
R.A.D.I.C.A.L. is an acronym for my 7 step methodology that serves as the base for creating transformational change in every area of your life.
If it’s one thing I am clear about, it’s that we all have a desire to maximize this opportunity called life. We have self-defined goals and dreams that are meaningful to us related to our career, relationships, finances, health and how we can better serve our family, community and perhaps the world. I am also clear that having a solid process for reaching those goals is imperative.
That’s why learning and implementing the R.A.D.I.C.A.L. method is important.
I mentioned earlier that Get RADICAL was a movement. That means that we’re in motion. That we’re going somewhere. That we have a community of people in action and getting it done.
Because you’re reading this – you’re already a part of this movement!

I think it is excellent that you are inspiring people to live empowered lives, to “Get Radical”. People HAVE to do that if they want to see significant change. You HAVE TO take the bull by the horns because unless you get RADICAL you talk yourself out of change!
