Congratulations to Cledra McCullers!
Last year at the Get RADICAL Women’s Conference, I extended an invitation to become a member of the Elite Tier of the RADICAL Success Institute. Over the past year, I’ve worked with this small group of women helping them achieve RADICAL results in their professional and personal life.
As this program comes to an end, I wanted to take a moment and recognize one of our Elite Members. She’s our 2012 RADICAL Success Institute Shining Star Award Winner.
Cledra made a decision in 2007 after the loss of her marriage and her baby to become a Life Coach. She wanted to share with other women how she shed over 55lbs of physical weight and even more emotional and spiritual weight holding her from her purpose. But there was one problem—finding the steps to go from a dream to reality continued to elude Cledra. Even after attending over 6 conferences and reading hundreds of books, she still hadn’t found the answers she was looking for.
In 2011, Cledra made the radical decision to attend the Get RADICAL Women’s Conference based solely on a Facebook post by Doreen Rainey. The words – Get Bold. Get Courageous. Get Radical – immediately resonated with her. Cledra wanted to be all three!
She made the leap of faith that maybe – just maybe – this conference would be the solution. And was her faith rewarded! Not only was the content of the conference exactly what she needed, when the invitation was given to become a part of the RADICAL Success Institute Elite Tier, she signed up. At the same time, she also entered school to become a professional life coach.
The Institute gave her a step-by-step roadmap to start her business. With modules focused on branding, legal foundations, marketing, developing products and services, pricing and content development, Cledra successfully launched her own private coaching practice PlanBE Coaching, LLC (www.planbecoach.com) and had over 30 clients sign up for her first pilot program.
Cledra currently resides in Atlanta and plans to expand her practice to include speaking and PlanBE conferences.
Cledra is definitely a shining star and will be honored at the RADICAL Awards Program & Reception at this year’s conference.
