[VIDEO] The Call, Challenge & Lifestyle

I’m sharing some content around creating a RADICAL Revolution in your life and business. Recorded live at my 5th Annual Get RADICAL Women’s Conference, I shared this message with hundreds of women from around the world.

I’ve been saying for years that the definition of “RADICAL” is to define success for yourself AND get the guts to go after it. When you pair those two things together, there’s nothing that can stop you.

What area of life are you ready to take RADICAL action on? Are you looking to make changes in your career, relationships, finances or your self care? Is it time to start that business or grow the one you have? Are you ready to accelerate your success so you can increase your level of joy and fulfillment?

If that’s you, this video will empower, inspire and show you how to begin the evolution of shifting from where you are to where you want to be. I’m sharing the three powerful reasons we all must engage in a RADICAL Revolution. You’ll learn WHY it’s imperative that you experience your own personal revolution.

Please leave a comment at the bottom to share your biggest take-a-way from this video or share on twitter using the hashtag #GetRadical2013.

Let’s Talk About Your RADICAL Revolution

2013doreenstageSince the Get RADICAL Women’s Conference over a week ago, I’ve had the pleasure of talking with many people about creating their own RADICAL Revolution and how my role as a coach and mentor can empower and equip them to make significant shifts with their personal or entrepreneurial goals. Through these conversations, I’ve discovered that many people have never worked with a coach and are curious about how the coaching process works, how coaching accelerates success and whether or not working with a coach is right for them.

At the conference, I shared how coaching and mentoring is a powerful, transforming process that allows you to deepen the learning about who you are and what you want to accomplish as well as to move forward, with confidence, in the action steps needed to make “it” happen. I talked about the RADICAL Revolution Coaching Programs and that the curriculum and structure of these programs are based on four foundational pillars – Education, Training, Coaching & Support.

Highlights & Take-a-Ways: 2013 Get RADICAL Conference

jilliangiulianadoreensmallLast weekend, I held my 5th Annual Get RADICAL Women’s Conference, presented by Best Buy, and no one left the same way they came (including me).

There was “a-ha” after “a-ha”, breakthrough after breakthrough and revelation after revelation.

Each speaker shared valuable content that energized the attendees to set powerful goals, see their strengths, build their confidence to know they can make it happen and provided step-by-step processes they could implement immediately when they returned home.

Tired, Frustrated and Ready to Quit

With my head in my hands, I bowed over the kitchen table and prayed aloud. The words I spoke to God that midnight are still vivid in my memory.

“Lord, I’m down here trying to do what’s right. I think I’m right. I am here taking a stand for what I believe is right. But Lord, I must confess that I’m weak now, I’m faltering. I’m losing my courage. Now, I am afraid. And I can’t let the people see me like this because if they see me weak and losing my courage, they will begin to get weak. The people are looking to me for leadership, and if I stand before them without strength and courage, they too will falter. I am at the end of my powers. I have nothing left. I’ve come to the point where I can’t face it alone. ~ Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. – January 27, 1956

This was written the night he’d received about 40 threatening phone calls and letters and was starting to feel, for the first time, that something could happen to him.

Your Call to Greatness

Each of us has a call to greatness. We have a unique contribution that can give us a life that we enjoy, as well as one that helps and serves others in a way that’s bigger than ourselves.

What does it mean to be great?

Words like wonderful, first rate, achieving, important, accomplished, having distinction, skilled, gifted, talented, honorable or being noteworthy come to mind.

This call is not measured by money, the number of people who follow you on twitter, whether you have maxed out your friend request on Facebook, if thousands of people know your name or how many people report to you on the organizational chart.

This call to greatness is about knowing what you want out of life, being committed to getting it and staying the course when times get tough.

Is it easy to answer the call?

NO!!!

That’s why I know you can’t answer your call alone.
