Love, love, love this demonstration on how to step out of your “status quo” circle and into your RADICAL revolution. Recorded live at my Get RADICAL Women’s Conference, I actually had some help in this video when some attendees came on stage to help me bring my presentation to life.
We take a look at the biggest obstacle to making real, lasting, significant changes to reach your goals by focusing on the following:
1. The power of your circle and what does it mean.
2. The amazing influence you have to not only change you – but to also inspire those around you.
I would love to hear your thoughts. Please leave a comment below and share your biggest take-a-way.

Since the Get RADICAL Women’s Conference over a week ago, I’ve had the pleasure of talking with many people about creating their own RADICAL Revolution and how my role as a coach and mentor can empower and equip them to make significant shifts with their personal or entrepreneurial goals. Through these conversations, I’ve discovered that many people have never worked with a coach and are curious about how the coaching process works, how coaching accelerates success and whether or not working with a coach is right for them.
This week, I watched a profile on the business success of basketball superstar Magic Johnson. During an interview with his mother, she recalled buying him a basketball at a very young age – barely in elementary school. She said he took that ball everywhere.
If you watch most shows on television – including the news, read a variety of magazines or talk to most people, there’s a generally accepted definition of what it means to live “the good life”.
