For many people that are a part of the RADICAL community, personal development is important. Taking some time to evaluate where you are, what you want to achieve, and how you can get there are critical steps to designing a life that gives you joy and fulfillment.
As a part of the process, I would venture to guess that you’ve experienced at least one “a-ha” moment – a breakthrough – or an epiphany.
And if you’re like me, you’ve had many breakthroughs over the years, each highlighting for you a new goal, a different way of thinking, a chance to experience new possibilities or a fresh perspective on what opportunities are available for you. But what I’ve found, both from my own experience and from working with my clients, is that your “a-ha” moment is not the end. It’s actually the beginning.
If you don’t move beyond that “a-ha” moment, that profound breakthrough, it could end up meaning nothing. It wouldn’t be a TRUE breakthrough.
